Brief Introduction
JBW-500 computer Display impact testing machine is ideal testing equipment , it is used to measure the metal material to resist impact loads under the dynamic properties. It can meet GB/T229-2007 <>, JJG 145-2007<>, ASTME23<> requirements.
The method of replacing pendulum hammer can realize the two-stage impact energy of 300 JJ 150 J. The cross section of the sample is 10 × 10 × 50mm..This machine is mainly used for ferrous metals with hign impact toughness, espacially for iron ,steel and its alloys .
The experimental principle of the product is to calculate the difference between the front energy of pendulum impact and the residual potential energy after impact, and to obtain the absorption work of the sample tested. You can use the hand panel or computer to control the machine .Computer caculate and display the test date such as impact energy、 impact ductility、Raising angle and Test average. Then the printer will print out the test report . The remaining energy after punching the specimen with the pendulum hammer can automatically lift the pendulum.
